Lawyer in Public Access and Confidentiality

Do you want to work in a socially important operation where law makes a real difference? We are now looking for lawyers who want to contribute their expertise in public access, confidentiality, and legal processing in a vital societal function.

You will have a varied and developmental role where you work closely with complex legal issues and contribute to legally secure decisions in an operation that truly impacts people.

About the role:

You will mainly work with:

• Confidentiality assessments when requests for disclosure of public documents are made
• Processing of appeals and disclosure cases
• Cases related to medical records archives and private operations
• Legal support to managers and employees
• Minor legal investigations within the area

You will become part of an operation where legal certainty, structure, and service are central parts of the daily work.

We are looking for you who:

• Have a law degree
• Have at least one year of work experience as a lawyer
• Have good knowledge of MS Office
• Have good knowledge of:
  • The Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (OSL)
  • The Freedom of the Press Act (TF)
  • The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • The Administrative Procedure Act
