Do you want to lead the kitchen in one of Stockholm's most exciting new restaurant ventures?

In June, Solliden at Skansen will open under the management of Stureplansgruppen – and the Christmas dinner season of 2026 will be the first of many.

We are now looking for a Head Chef who wants to be involved from the very beginning and build a kitchen where quality, structure, and the guest experience are at the center.

The position starts in August 2026 with planning and preparations for the Christmas dinner season.

About the role

As Head Chef, you are responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen – from quality and workflows to staff, planning, and development. You lead the team operationally and ensure that the kitchen delivers a consistent and high standard, even during intensive service periods.

You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and other leaders to create a strong overall experience for the guest and help lay the foundation for Solliden's future operations.

• Has experience leading kitchens and staff
• Is confident in both operations and leadership
• Has a good understanding of economics and experience with scheduling and planning
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and clear in communication
• Is passionate about food, quality, and team spirit
• Thrives in an environment with a high pace and large volumes
