Your Responsibilities

As a nurse at Sandrinoparken, you play a central role in ensuring good and safe healthcare for our residents. You are responsible for medical assessments, planning and following up on healthcare interventions, and working closely with the care staff in daily operations.

The work is varied and includes, among other things, medication management, wound dressing changes, sample collection, and monitoring residents' health status. You are also responsible for delegating tasks to care staff and ensuring that delegated interventions are carried out safely.

An important part of the role is working systematically with quality registers such as BPSD, Senior Alert, and the Palliative Register. You document continuously in the medical record system and use this documentation to support planning, follow-up, and development of care.

You participate in multidisciplinary collaborations with colleagues in nursing, rehabilitation, and management. The role also involves contributing to the development of working methods, following up on deviations, and working towards high quality in operations.

Your Workplace

Sandrinoparken is a care home in central Linköping for elderly people with dementia. The facility has a total of 51 permanent places distributed across five floors. It also features a spa and a small garden, contributing to a pleasant environment for both residents and staff.

You will become part of a larger team where nurses, nursing assistants, care aides, and rehabilitation staff work together. Collaboration and collegial support are a natural part of the work, and we strive for an open climate where we help each other in daily life.

Your working hours are during daytime, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30.

Who You Are

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse in Sweden.

It is meritorious if you have experience working as a nurse in healthcare, as well as experience from work in support, care, and social services.

The role involves many contacts with residents, relatives, and colleagues, as well as documentation in medical record systems. Therefore, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with documentation or medical record systems is meritorious.

A valid driver's license (Category B) and the ability to cycle are required for this position.

As a person, you collaborate well with others and contribute to a good work climate. You communicate clearly and have the ability to convey knowledge and information in a way adapted to the recipient. In this role, you must be able to lead and coordinate work within the team, create engagement, and contribute to participation in the shared work.

You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively and adapt easily when conditions change.
