Introduction

In Falun, you will be part of a group in the Property & Buildings sector with expertise in Electrical and HVAC engineering, offering qualified consulting services within areas such as heating, cooling, sanitation, ventilation, and electrical engineering. We are part of a larger department consisting of HVAC and electrical engineering groups in Southern Norrland. Within the department, we work closely together, allowing us to utilize all combined competence and experience.

Responsibilities

As an experienced HVAC designer with us, you will work in teams where you lead designers in their work and are responsible for producing documentation for assignments in close collaboration with specialists. Contact with consultants in other departments within WSP and other consulting firms, as well as the client's representatives, is also a large part of your work. You may also act as the technical lead for HVAC in some of our multidisciplinary assignments.

Currently, we are working on projects within industry, hospitals, schools, special properties, and offices. We are locally rooted but with regional, national, and global projects.

Qualifications

To thrive and develop in this role, we believe you have several years of professional experience within installation, as a consultant, contractor, project manager, or other role in the industry, along with a good understanding of the industry and consulting business. You preferably have an engineering degree in a relevant field.

If you are somewhat more junior with a few years of professional experience, you are welcome to apply for the role as we are on a growth journey and are therefore open to hiring talented but less experienced colleagues.

As a person, you are structured, see clear communication as a natural part of your working style, and are inspired by others' successes. You are accustomed to leading and distributing tasks within a project group. The right attitude and engagement are, of course, something we value!

Since most of our documentation and the language we communicate in is Swedish, you need to have very good knowledge of the Swedish language. Good knowledge of English is also necessary, as WSP is a global company where work in English may occur.
