Job Advertisement – Kitchen Assistant / Cook Apprentice in Brazilian Cuisine

We are currently looking for a kitchen assistant or cook apprentice for our operations specializing in Brazilian cuisine. This position is ideal for you who want to develop within the restaurant industry and learn traditional Brazilian cooking in practice.

Responsibilities

The duties include standard tasks for a kitchen assistant, such as:

• Preparation of ingredients
• Dishwashing and cleaning
• Cleaning and hygiene work in the kitchen
• Simple cooking and food service preparation
• Inventory management and restocking

The role also includes training and instruction in Brazilian cuisine, where you will learn to prepare traditional Brazilian dishes and work with Brazilian flavors and cooking methods.
