Here you will have a key role in translating security requirements into concrete initiatives that create value in a complex and socially vital operation. You work closely with several functions and drive the work forward from prioritization to follow-up.

About the role

• You lead the work of making legal requirements, governance, and security goals actionable.
• You create roadmaps and prioritize security capabilities based on risk, threat landscape, and business needs.
• You follow up to ensure initiatives deliver results, such as reduced risk and increased robustness.

What you will do

• Collaborate with information security, architecture, and business units.
• Be responsible for the backlog, prioritization, and follow-up of initiatives and requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Follow up on deliveries and contribute to the daily work within the security function.

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 9 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within IT, security, or technical platforms.
• Experience working with security requirements, regulations, or frameworks such as NIS2, ISO 27001, or MSB regulations.
• Experience with IT security issues related to risk, threat landscape, and business value.
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience from complex organizations, preferably in the public sector or other critical societal operations.
