We are looking for a Trading & Power BI Administrator for a global manufacturing company in Lund.

Start is in July 2026, with an initial 5-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension thereafter.

The role supports the supply chain by ensuring smooth trading operations while delivering clear, data-driven insights through Power BI.

What you will do:

• Manage orders from Production Centres and European subcontractors
• Register and maintain orders in SAP (Cortex, Sales Cockpit)
• Handle customer and delivery issues, claims, shortages, and expedited shipments
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of trading workflows
• Develop, maintain, and improve Power BI reports and dashboards
• Identify and connect relevant data sources in complex system landscapes
• Collaborate with global stakeholders on data and reporting topics

Required skills:

• Strong English & Swedish communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Experience with order handling, supply chain, or trading operations
• Solid Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX/M) and analytical thinking
• Basic understanding of databases and large datasets
• Strong problem-solving ability, initiative, and patience

Soft skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-driven professional with a positive attitude focusing on finding solutions.
• The ability to take initiatives comes naturally to you, and you do not accept “we have always done it like this” as a valid argument.
• Strong mindset to improve and simplify to make your own and others' work more productive and efficient.

This is a full-time consultant position in Lund through Incluso. Start is in July 2026, with an initial 5-month fixed-term contract. This role is 100% onsite in Lund.
