Are you meticulous and structured? Do you have extensive experience working with documentation within technology or IT? Do you want to help our clients create documentation that is easy to find, easy to understand, and easy to use?

We are growing and looking for more fantastic colleagues!

We have exciting projects underway with our clients and are now looking for you with strong IT knowledge who wants to work as a technical writer and develop as a consultant. The position is based in Stockholm. Our own office is located on Skeppsholmen in Stockholm.

As consultants, our clients' documentation is our core business. We help clients analyze, write, and organize their documentation. Technical understanding and experience are important, as is being receptive, curious, and having a genuine interest in the client's needs. Our clients operate in many different industries, and if you have experience from IT, telecommunications, industry, finance, defense, or software development, it is a plus. Most importantly, you must have years of experience working with technical documentation in areas such as development, infrastructure, IT/software, or IT security.

Dokumentera is a consultancy firm that grows and develops together with its employees. We are looking for someone who has:

• Extensive experience working as a technical writer.
• Good IT knowledge and experience with IT documentation.
• Strong computer literacy and experience working in various CMS platforms.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English.
• Good social skills.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Meritorious, but not required:

• Experience working in the role of a technical writer.
• Experience working agilely in development teams.
• An academic degree in technology/IT.
• Good knowledge of several document management systems, e.g., SharePoint.
• Experience working in XML-based systems.
