At Tanum Foodcourt in Tanum Shoppingcenter, we offer a vibrant combination of the best from Asian cuisine and classic Swedish home cooking, topped off with pizza and fresh salads. Every day, we serve a varied and popular buffet where the focus is always on high quality, great taste, and fresh ingredients.

We are now looking for a skilled Asian chef who, together with us, wants to fill the buffet with magical Asian flavors – and who is eager to share their knowledge, passion, and creativity.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and cook a wide range of Asian dishes for the daily buffet.
• Ensure high and consistent quality, beautiful presentation, and fresh flavors.
• Be responsible for ingredients, hygiene, and self-control measures.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the kitchen and service team.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from Asian cuisine.
• Is self-reliant, structured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Has a strong sense of service and high hygiene awareness.
• Is a team player: You enjoy collaborating but also take initiative and work independently when needed.
