Utrustad AB is growing and we are now looking to strengthen our team. We are seeking someone who is passionate about outdoor life and finds joy in inspiring and guiding others to fantastic experiences in the wilderness. We are currently looking for a Sales Product Specialist to work in our store and with our e-commerce.

About the Role: Sales Product Specialist

You will serve customers in the store, receive and stock merchandise, pack and deliver orders, work with price tagging and signage, assist with website content, and handle customer support inquiries – all aimed at providing a positive customer experience through personal service and high engagement.

Working hours vary and are distributed between Monday and Saturday. This is a permanent position of approximately 40 hours per week. You will work closely with the other three team members and collaborate to resolve any tasks required for the company's continued development.

Are You the Right Fit?

We prefer that you have a high school education and some experience from service roles. You should speak and write Swedish fluently and have good IT skills. You do not need to be an outdoor expert, but you should enjoy being outdoors and have a desire to learn more about both outdoor life and the products that enhance it. Good written communication skills are also a plus. We are looking for someone who can work independently, is creative, takes initiative, and collaborates well within the team.
