Become a Tire Technician ready to take on the responsibility of Shift Leader at Euromaster in Västervik

The role involves helping to develop our branch in Västervik. You will be part of a tight-knit team working on tire and car service for passenger cars and trucks.

In the role of Shift Leader

In the role of Shift Leader, you will also serve as a close support to the Branch Manager in daily operations. This includes increased responsibility and the opportunity to be involved in the development of the local business.

This is a role with a strong sales focus, where you combine practical work in the workshop with administrative tasks and important customer contact.

Experience in a supervisory role, a background in vehicle mechanics, or sales experience is a great advantage.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience from working in the tire retail, car service, or automotive retail sector is an advantage
• Hold a B-driver's license, a C-driver's license is an advantage
• Enjoy working independently and are accustomed to jumping in when needed
• Have a customer focus, drive, and enjoy a varied workday
• Previous experience in a supervisory function is an advantage
• Previous experience with customer contact and sales is an advantage
• Computer literacy and experience with administration are an advantage.
