🌿 Welcome to our newly opened care and housing facility, Ängegärde.

We are now looking for assistant nurses for day and evening shifts for our dementia and somatic wards, as well as Ward 3, where we offer geriatric psychiatry, care for people under 65 years of age with cognitive impairment, and somatic care with a medical-technical focus.

At Ängegärde, you will help shape the care and housing facility of the future. We combine welfare technology with a strong focus on independence, participation, and quality for our residents.

Here, care and housing, home care services, home nursing, and administration are gathered under one roof, in a smartly designed building focused on collaboration, well-being, and quality. We offer space for 90 residents and two home care groups – all in an environment where you as an employee have room to grow and make a real difference. At Ängegärde, we use modern technology to facilitate work and improve the quality of life for our residents.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee here, you make a difference – every day. You provide safe and good care based on each individual's needs, and strengthen the resident's abilities and resources.

You will:

• Support daily life – personal care, meals, and social activities.
• Collaborate with relatives and perform daily chores such as cleaning and laundry.
• Perform delegated health and medical care interventions.
• Have the opportunity to deepen your skills through special ombudsman roles – to further increase quality. 🌟

We work according to the career path model, which means your tasks are adapted to your level of education – so that you get the right conditions to develop and contribute your competence.

A new scheduling model will also be introduced as part of creating a more sustainable and structured work environment. The model is based on the principle 8+8+8 = 24 hours, where the day is divided into three equal work shifts.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are educated as an assistant nurse or educated as a care assistant and have a genuine interest in working with people and making a difference in their lives.

Requirements:

• Are educated as an assistant nurse with a protected professional title or employment certificate, or educated as a care assistant.
• Have good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• You ensure good care.
• Have good cooperation skills and can work with quality awareness.
• Can create trusting relationships.

Merits:

• Experience with social documentation.
• Experience with MI (Medical Certificate) and low-affective handling.
• Category B driver's license.
• Experience working with dementia.
• Experience working with psychiatry.
• Experience working with young people with dementia.
