🌼 Chef de Cuisine Sought for Summer Events on Djurgården 🌼

At Rosendals Wärdshus, we host a variety of events ranging from weddings and corporate parties to student celebrations, christenings, and more.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking a positive chef who has a strong passion for ingredients and views cooking as a second language. You are responsible, detail-oriented, independent, and a natural team player.

Working with environmental and sustainability awareness is second nature to you. You understand the value of details and how they contribute to an elevated experience for our guests.

In addition to standard duties such as planning, preparation, executing kitchen tasks, placing orders, cleaning, and inventory management, the role occasionally involves a high pace where flexibility, prioritization, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.

Working hours are varied and include weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

We are a banquet hall and prepare meals based on bookings. We know in advance what will be served and the number of guests, allowing for precise planning.
