Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as Event and Activities Manager at O'Learys Västerås are to ensure that our activities, events, and guest experiences meet the highest standards. You are responsible for ensuring that operations run smoothly and professionally from start to finish, with a strong focus on service, structure, and quality.

The role includes ensuring that activities run smoothly and that every guest receives top-notch treatment. You will be responsible for children's birthday parties, ensuring they are conducted according to our procedures, and that both children and parents have a fantastic experience.

You will also handle conferences, buffets, and special events in our event area, where you are responsible for ensuring everything is well-planned, organized, and runs smoothly during execution. The role also involves managing larger groups and collaborating closely with other departments to create seamless operations and an experience that exceeds guest expectations.

Is forward-thinking and positive, and wants to represent our brand. You are flexible, have no problem working under pressure, and are at the same time detail-oriented, structured, and skilled at building good relationships. You enjoy working as part of a team.

We see that you have previous experience in some form of leadership role, serving experience, and feel confident handling larger groups. To apply for the position, you must be at least 18 years old.

HOURS: Evenings & weekends
