Purchasing Assistant

Are you ready to kickstart your career with the largest e-commerce retailer for children and babies in the Nordics? As a Purchasing Assistant in our Own Brand team, you will work closely with Product Developers, Buyers, other Purchasing Assistants, and various departments to ensure we always have the right products, at the right time, and at the right price. You will become part of a dynamic team responsible for offering the industry's most attractive range for families!

In this exciting role, your focus will be on master data and supporting our product developers in the ongoing work of our own production, where you will contribute to an efficient and forward-driving product development process. You will have a fantastic opportunity to actively contribute to developing both the purchasing work and ensuring that our products are presented in a correct and attractive manner to the customer. Our goal is to become the best in Europe when it comes to our range, and you will play a key role in achieving this!

As a Own Brand Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Ongoing delivery monitoring
• Importing product data into our business system, SAP
• Ensuring master data is updated
• Answering questions regarding our products from other internal departments and maintaining ongoing contact with our international suppliers
• Working closely with the photo studio to ensure products are presented correctly and attractively
• Creating and managing artwork, product manuals, and packaging design
• Ensuring our products meet relevant EN standards and other requirements

We would like you as a Purchasing Assistant to:

• Be goal-oriented, interested, and good at collaborating
• Have strong administrative skills but also an eye for color, form, and details
• Have good knowledge of Excel
• Like numbers and be driven by achieving goals
• Be fluent in spoken and written Swedish, with very good knowledge of English

Knowledge of SAP, QlikSense, Inriver, and Litium is considered a merit. It is also a plus if you are comfortable with tools like Canva or similar, and have experience working with graphic materials or product presentation. Education or background in a relevant area is also a plus.
