Welcome to Gillbo-Gröndal School! We are a grades F-9 school in Sollentuna with approximately 480 students and 56 employees. Our vision is to be "A school in tune with the times – where differences meet and opportunities take shape".

Job Responsibilities

The position with us is a one-year substitute role where you are responsible as a class teacher for grade 2. You plan, conduct, and follow up on teaching in accordance with the curriculum and teach all subjects.

You create a safe and accessible learning environment where every student is given the conditions to develop based on their needs. You have the ability to adapt your teaching for students with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (NPF) and speech/language disorders. With a differentiated approach and knowledge of the autism spectrum, you ensure that pedagogy meets each individual's unique needs.

The role includes close collaboration with colleagues in both the school and the leisure center (fritidshem), where you together create a meaningful and cohesive school day for the students.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Licensed primary school teacher (Grades F-3)
• Qualification in Swedish as a Second Language (SvA)

Merits

• Experience working in lower primary school
• Experience working with students with NPF and speech/language disorders
• Knowledge of, or experience with, ASL (Att skriva sig till läsning - Writing to Read)
