We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative for Royal Design. In this role, you will become an important part of the customer experience, working to provide professional, solution-oriented, and first-class service via phone, email, and chat.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you are responsible for providing fast and professional service to the company's customers. You work daily to create positive customer experiences and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

• Assisting customers with orders, delivery questions, returns, and claims

• Handling and registering claims according to company procedures

• Actively working on upselling when opportunities arise

• Handling corporate orders and building long-term customer relationships

• Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes by identifying recurring customer needs

• Collaborating with other departments such as warehouse, purchasing, finance, and IT

• Participating in internal training and meetings

• Ensuring that company guidelines and policies are followed

Conditions

This is a summer temporary position starting in week 26 and running through week 32, with a potential possibility of extension after the summer.

You will be employed by Insitepart and work as a consultant on-site at Royal Design. Here you will have the opportunity to become part of an engaged team in an exciting and service-oriented operation where the customer experience is always the focus.
