About Us – Stockholm Dementia and Special Team
We are a home care company that performs interventions in the customer's own home. Our operations also include escort services, relief care, and supported living. We primarily target customers with varying degrees of dementia, mental health issues, disabilities, and substance abuse problems. Depending on your experience and competence, you can focus more on a specific target group or work in a mixed capacity.
We use the time reporting system Paragå, where you log in and out at each customer visit using a mobile phone and NFC tags. Documentation is done directly on-site in the customer's journal. The system monitors logins via GPS.
