Northern Skill is not a traditional staffing and recruitment agency. And we have never had the ambition to become one either.

The company was founded in 2023 by three individuals from Northern Sweden with backgrounds in sales, leadership, and relationship building – people who saw that the industry lacked the most important thing of all: honesty, energy, and personal engagement.

Today, we work with clients and consultants across Sweden, building a company where people, quality, and long-term relationships always come first.

Main responsibilities:

• Maintain contact with clients and candidates.
• Conduct interviews.
• Present candidates to clients.
• Contact new and existing clients.
• Perform administrative tasks and create structure in processes.
• Represent Northern Skill and our way of working.

Who are you?

We believe you:

• Are social and comfortable interacting with people.
• Enjoy talking on the phone.
• Are self-motivated and take initiative.
• Enjoy structure and responsibility.
• Want to develop and do a really good job.
• Speak Swedish and English.
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

Qualifying experiences

• Experience in sales or telephone contact.
• Administrative work or coordinating roles.
• Customer contact and relationship-building work.
• Experience from staffing, service, or similar industries.

• Fixed salary approx. 25,000–30,000 SEK.

Other details

• Working hours: Monday–Friday 08:00–17:00
• Start date: September 1st
• Probation period: 6 months
• Office in East City, near the river.
