Welcome to us
Sköndal School is an F-6 school (preschool class to grade 6) with approximately 500 students. The school has an integrated after-school care program for students in preschool class to grade 3, as well as an open after-school activity called "Club" for grades 4–6.
Approximately 80 staff members work at Sköndal School. The school's leadership group consists of a principal, two deputy principals, and an administrative manager.
The staff is organized into work teams where we jointly take responsibility for students' knowledge acquisition and social development from an inclusive and salutogenic approach. We have a well-developed collaboration between the preschool class, after-school care/club, and the school.
The school has a Special Local Teaching Group (LSU) and a Regional Special Teaching Group (RSU).
The school works with attractive learning environments and offers the opportunity to use multiple learning styles. Our employees constantly strive to ensure that students have the best possible conditions to reach their full potential. At our school, everyone should feel comfortable, safe, and experience joy in working!
