We are looking for a SQL Developer for Data Migration for a global company in Solna, Stockholm.

Start is in August 2026, with a 17-month fixed-term contract initially, with the possibility of extension afterwards.

We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer to join a large-scale data migration initiative within a complex enterprise environment. The assignment involves migrating and transforming large volumes of business-critical data between legacy and modern platforms.

About the Assignment:

The project focuses on migrating substantial amounts of data across multiple systems and platforms. The environment includes SQL Server, DB2, etc.

You will work closely with architects, developers, business stakeholders, and migration teams to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient data processing.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience as an SQL Server developer,

• Experience in migrating data or bulk moving large amounts of data

• Good understanding of how to construct XML from SQL data

• Ability to understand how to write repeatable data processing pipelines and how to ensure data consistency between systems during a migration process

• The developer needs experience with SSIS and/or SSMA

• Knowledge of how to manage job scheduling/queuing in SQL Server to create a repeatable process for running a migration

• Understanding of data formatting in DB2 and how to convert between code pages

• Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and verbally

• Meritorious

• Experience from banking, finance, insurance, or other highly regulated environments is considered a strong advantage.

This is a full-time consultant position in Solna, Stockholm through Incluso. Start is in August 2026, with a 17-month fixed-term contract initially. This role is 100% onsite in Solna, Stockholm.
