About the Role

Furuhöjden Rehab Center is an outpatient clinic specializing in neurological rehabilitation. You will primarily be part of our day rehabilitation program, with the goal of providing each patient with the prerequisites to live as active and independent a life as possible. As a physiotherapist, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on rehabilitation efforts, both individually and in groups. You also handle referrals and manage the booking of patients' rehabilitation periods.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team consisting of occupational therapists, physiotherapists, rehabilitation assistants, speech therapists, and counselors. Together, you work closely with the patient based on an individually tailored rehabilitation plan.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist with a couple of years of experience in your profession. If you have prior experience working in outpatient care, we consider this a merit.

We also expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Experience with the medical record system TakeCare is a merit.

Requirements:

• Licensed physiotherapist
• A couple of years of experience in the profession
• Good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written

Conditions

The position is a permanent employment with a full-time engagement (100%). We apply a probation period of the first 6 months. As a Physiotherapist, you work weekdays, Monday–Friday.

We have collective agreements through Almega/Vision & Akademikerförbunden and apply individual salary setting. We also offer a wellness benefit of 5,000 SEK/year.
