Job Description and Personal Attributes

The tasks require you to be structured and meticulous, as well as having a good ability to build relationships. You also need to be curious and have very good communication skills, both oral and written. The role of coordinator requires you to be flexible and able to adapt easily to changing circumstances. We see that you are self-starting and can handle your cases independently, while also having good teamwork skills and enjoying working in a team. We will place great emphasis on personal attributes.

Qualifications

• The consultant must have education and/or completed courses in law, economics, logistics, project management, or another area deemed relevant for the assignment.
• At least 1 year of documented experience in work that included coordination/project management of several different functions/roles. The experience must have been acquired within the last 5 years.
• Documented experience in summarizing and structuring written material for further handling or decision-making for various types of recipients.
• The consultant must have experience coordinating and independently driving work on various cases at a comprehensive level.
• The consultant must be accustomed to compiling and reporting to various stakeholders.
• The consultant must have documented experience working on IT-related assignments.
• Language skills: Very good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in both Swedish and English.
• The consultant must have documented experience producing clear and linguistically correct texts.
• Swedish citizenship.

Desirable Competencies

• At least 2 years of documented experience in independently handling incoming cases and assessing their complexity or priority, and directing them to the correct function.
• Experience from procurement, tendering, or other support functions within public sector operations.
• Experience working with texts and questions within the IT field, where understanding of technical content and context is important.
• Experience working with case management involving large volumes and multiple contact surfaces internally and externally, where you were responsible for and ensured a good work process.
• The consultant should have experience working in JIRA or similar case management tools.
