About the role
As a Foreman/Team Leader, you will play a central role in driving and coordinating projects within railway infrastructure – from planning to implementation. You are responsible for ensuring progress, quality, and that projects are carried out according to set timeframes and economic goals. You act as a key person between the client, site management, and production, where you create structure, drive the work forward, and ensure that the right conditions exist on site. Your tasks include, among other things:

• Plan, lead, and follow up on projects within railway infrastructure
• Ensure that work is carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Be responsible for working environment and daily safety management
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with the client and report project status
• Participate in costing, planning, and resource allocation

• Experience in a leadership role within railway contracting
• Good understanding of working environment, scheduling, and economic follow-up
• Experience with client contact and contract management
• Good computer skills, preferably within the Office package
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
