Job Description

As a Production Manager, you are responsible for personnel, economy, and results for your department. You lead your team forward in an exemplary and clear manner, both in relation to the company's goals and in their own personal development. You ensure that your team delivers our products on time and with the right quality. As a Production Manager, you work closely with your employees where you support and develop the team in their daily work. You are also involved in strategic and long-term projects to contribute to development and improvements. For Xylem, safety is of highest priority, and as a Production Manager, you are a role model in creating a safe workplace. Furthermore, you encourage the team to want to participate in and contribute to our continuous improvement work.

The Production Manager reports to the Functional Manager and is part of the function's management group.

Experience

We are looking for an engaged leader who values and leverages the group's strengths and differences in a constructive way. You thrive in a busy and exciting environment where you focus on solutions and get to help develop our manufacturing process forward. You communicate simply and create good relationships with both your team and other contact surfaces in the organization. You like order and structure and have a good ability to prioritize.

Furthermore, we see that you have experience in a leadership role within manufacturing industry, have a completed higher education or university degree in a relevant field, and have good knowledge of Swedish and English. You also have good computer skills.
