The company is now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to drive quality work forward together with the operations. TopFormula Healthcare AB is a leading manufacturer of vitamins and dietary supplements. The company produces both its own brand, TopFormula, sold via e-commerce, as well as high-quality products for other brands across several segments in the Nordics and parts of Europe.

The quality-certified production facility is located in Gamleby and currently employs around 49 staff. The company generates a turnover of approximately 250 million SEK and is in an expansion phase with significant investments in production, automation, and new production flows.

Your Role

As Quality Manager at TopFormula Healthcare, you have overall responsibility for the company's quality work and ensure that products, processes, and routines meet high requirements according to FSSC 22000 and other relevant regulations and certifications.

The role combines operational quality work with the development and improvement of the quality function. TopFormula Healthcare currently has an established quality management system and is simultaneously facing continued development in line with new investments, increased customer requirements, and changing industry standards.

In this role, you will work closely with production, technology, development, and management, becoming an important part of the company's continued growth journey. You will report to the CEO and be part of the management group.

Examples of tasks:

• Develop and maintain the quality management system
• Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000 and other relevant requirements
• Develop and implement CAPA plans
• Conduct risk, hazard, and supplier assessments
• Responsible for quality-related documentation and process auditing
• Conduct training and support operations in quality matters
• Work closely with production to develop and improve daily quality work

In the long term, there is an opportunity to help build and develop a larger quality team in line with the company's continued expansion.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in quality work within manufacturing operations
• Has a good understanding of processes, documentation, and quality requirements
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently
• Has a relevant university degree or equivalent experience in quality

Experience from food, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a solid foundation in quality work and a willingness to familiarize yourself with the company's regulations and processes. Experience with certifications such as FSSC 22000, HACCP, GMP, or similar standards, as well as familiarity with quality management systems and improvement work, is also meritorious.
