About the Workplace
For the summer of 2026, we are currently seeking a licensed nurse for a temporary summer position. On our unit, 36 permanent staff members work alongside a stable group of friendly hourly nurses to provide excellent care to patients registered in municipal primary care.
Responsibilities
As a nurse in municipal primary care (KPV), you have overall responsibility for leading and developing the municipal health and medical care mandate. The work is carried out through independent home visits and delegated health and medical care interventions performed by care staff in both ordinary housing and special housing.
In this role, you will encounter patients with varying care needs and medical conditions, which places high demands on your competence and gives you the opportunity to build broad and in-depth clinical experience.
Placement may be within both special housing and ordinary housing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and being responsible for medical work, as well as making independent assessments of the need for health and medical care interventions based on current legislation and guidelines.
- Collaborating with both internal and external actors, such as doctors, rehabilitation staff, care personnel, and other healthcare providers, to ensure cohesive care.
- Working with deviation management and documentation according to current regulations, and contributing to systematic quality and patient safety work.
- Supervising, delegating to, and instructing care staff in health and medical care interventions to ensure good and safe care.
- Identifying, mapping, and preventing risks in care, as well as assessing the patient's need for health and medical care interventions with a clear emphasis on a person-centered approach.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse and who thrive working in a team while feeling confident taking significant personal responsibility for your work. To succeed in this role, you need to be self-reliant, flexible, and structured in your working methods.
You have a solution-focused attitude, good ability to prioritize, and adaptability to changed circumstances. Furthermore, you are communicative and have an easy time building good collaborations with colleagues, patients, and external partners.
Personal suitability will be given great weight. There is an opportunity to extend the temporary contract.
A valid B-driver's license is required.

Interviews will begin immediately and continue throughout the application period.
