The Role of Psychologist

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. In your role as a psychologist at Bra Liv Nässjö Health Centre, you assess, investigate, and treat adult patients with mild to moderate mental health issues according to the region's guidelines for psychosocial work in primary care.

You work independently with assessments and treatment interventions. Within the team, we value our opportunity for collegial support and collaboration. Within primary care, we strive for high accessibility, which means that you will primarily work with shorter treatment contacts. We work with treatment individually and in groups. You are part of the health centre's psychosocial team and you also have close cooperation with other professional categories at the health centre around the patient.

The employment is a permanent full-time position (100%) starting as agreed.

The Bra Liv Health Centres are the region-run primary care in Jönköping County and consist of 33 health centres. The health centre consists of a centrally located operation at Nässjö Health Centre.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a licensed psychologist. If you have CBT competence level 1/IPT level 1 and preferably experience from primary care, it is meritorious but not a requirement. You like and are driven by working for good quality and have the ability to plan, prioritize, implement, and evaluate. As a person, you are empathetic, secure, responsive, and have a good approach. You are positive and flexible, have an easy time adapting to different situations that can quickly arise in a workplace. We would like you to be good at working independently in your profession but also have an easy time collaborating and cooperating with others. Great importance is placed on personal suitability.
