As a nursing assistant, you will be the designated care contact with overall responsibility for planning, follow-up, and close dialogue with care recipients and their relatives. You will support care recipients in their daily lives with personal care, meals, and social activities. You will perform health and medical care interventions on delegation from nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. All documentation is digital, and training in our systems is included.

About You

Requirements:

We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and can show the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's certificate for the protected professional title, or alternatively show that you were employed as a nursing assistant when the new rules were introduced.

You can cycle and are open to using a bicycle in your work.

Merits:

• Experience in care and support work.
• Category B driver's license.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you meet people with respect and care. You are calm and secure even in pressured situations and can make wise decisions when needed.

You work independently, take responsibility, and drive the work forward, always with the care recipient's needs in focus.
