About the role
We are looking for a driven and responsible machine operator for our client in Eslöv. Do you have an eye for quality, enjoy working in a structured manner, and thrive in a production environment where teamwork and responsibility are key? This might be the job for you.
The position is full-time, and the work is primarily conducted in two shifts. Therefore, we require that you have the opportunity and willingness to work shifts.
Responsibilities
In the role of machine operator, you are responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. You work with our production machines and ensure that manufacturing takes place according to set quality requirements, routines, and customer specifications.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment
- Performing checks to ensure correct quality in production
- Following hygiene, safety, and quality routines
- Working according to established processes and instructions
- Performing repetitive tasks, such as hose assembly
- Assisting with other production tasks as needed
- Collaborating closely with colleagues in small work groups
To thrive in this role, you need to be meticulous, responsible, and able to work methodically even during repetitive tasks.
Working Hours
The position is based on a two-shift system:
- Monday–Friday 05:42–14:12
- Monday–Thursday 14:00–23:30
Hygiene requirements at the workplace:
- No long nails, nail polish, or fillings
- No strong scents, perfume, or heavy makeup
- Hands must be cleaned before entering the production area
Profile & Background
We are looking for someone who is technically interested, meticulous, and takes responsibility for their work. You have an eye for quality and thrive in a production environment where structure, collaboration, and adherence to routines are important.

- Is flexible and can quickly adapt to different tasks
- Enjoys working both independently and with others
- Has good collaboration skills and functions well in small teams
- Contributes with a positive attitude and a flat hierarchy approach
- Is meticulous and confident in working according to set routines and processes
- Has basic computer skills and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
As the operation is a small unit, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. We are therefore looking for a person who is easy to collaborate with, contributes to a good atmosphere in the workgroup, and works in a responsible and professional manner.
