The position is located at the Environmental Unit. We work with issues within a large part of the areas covered by the Environmental Code. We conduct supervision and permit assessment of everything from large industrial facilities to smaller water matters. Responsibilities

As the Deputy Unit Manager for the environmental assessment group, you have personnel and operational responsibility for the working group that handles environmental assessments as well as the regulations on critical raw materials and net-zero technology. You report directly to the Unit Manager and are also part of the unit's management group.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Have at least four years of experience as a manager within a state authority with a focus on environmental assessment.
• Have knowledge and experience working with the regulations on critical raw materials and net-zero technology.
• Have good knowledge of the Environmental Code and related legislation.

To succeed in the role, it is important that you have a systems view in your leadership and experience leading complex operations. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
