Production Coordinator

Nyåkers Pepparkakor was founded in 1952 and is today the world's second-largest producer of gingerbread. In addition to classic gingerbread hearts and round cookies in beautiful tin boxes, the range includes gingerbread in several different flavors, including vanilla and orange, gingerbread dough, gingerbread houses, and organic gingerbread. Nyåkers also produces almond fudge, cardamom buns, and about ten other small pastries. We have two production facilities, Nyåker and Bjurholm, where we bake cookies for the whole world. We currently have around 50 employees distributed between these facilities. Despite successes and growth for over 60 years, Nyåkers remains a family business that values its traditions. The cookies are baked in the same way they always have been – at home in Västerbotten.

Production Coordinator within the Food Industry

As a Production Coordinator at AB Nyåkers Pepparkakor, the main responsibilities include personnel planning, purchasing planning focused on packaging, and HR. The role also involves some personnel support and other administrative support tasks concerning all parts of the company.

• Basic personnel planning.
• Scheduling at the facilities.
• Basic purchasing and call-off planning for packaging.
• Minor tasks related to personnel, supplier, and quality support.

Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with at least a high school education and good knowledge of HR and personnel planning, preferably with practical experience in these areas. You are easy to work with, have good communication skills in Swedish and English, and are proficient in the Office suite (Word, Excel). You possess strong social competence and a friendly demeanor.

We offer a probationary position with the possibility of a permanent contract. The position is located at one of our factories in Bjurholm or Nyåker. A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
