Vännäs Verkstads AB is an established industrial company with over 60 years of experience in qualified manufacturing and technical problem-solving. Since 2023, the company has been part of Garga Group, creating good conditions for continued development and growth.

We have approximately 20 employees and have grown steadily in recent years through a clear focus on quality, customer value, and long-term relationships. As a contract manufacturer, we help customers in the manufacturing industry with custom sheet metal and steel structures, while also developing and manufacturing our own products.

Our strength lies in the combination of solid workshop competence and modern technology. Through services including laser cutting, welding, 3D printing, 3D scanning, and product development, we help our customers realize ideas and create efficient solutions. Our ambition is summarized in the keywords Speed, Proximity, and Quality.

We are now looking for a CEO who wants to lead the company forward and contribute to our continued development with a focus on people, business, and long-term growth.

About the role

As CEO, you have overall responsibility for the company's daily operations and long-term development. You work according to a set business plan and ensure that the company continues to develop profitably, sustainably, and commercially.

This is an operational and business-close role where you are present in the operations and work closely with employees, customers, and the group management. You are responsible for turning strategies into concrete results while driving the business forward and developing the organization for the future.

You collaborate closely with other CEOs within Garga Group.

Your main responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's operations, results, and long-term development.
• Drive business development, sales, and profitable growth.
• Lead and develop the organization, culture, and ways of working.
• Ensure structure, follow-up, and reporting to Garga Group.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who is a confident leader who thrives in a business-close role where you have the opportunity to influence people, business, and results.

You have the ability to create structure and clarity while building engagement and participation in the organization. As a person, you are unpretentious, receptive, and clear in your communication, and you build trust by being present, straightforward, and easy to collaborate with.

To succeed in the role, we believe you are an experienced leader with good business acumen and a documented ability to create results through people and operations. You are accustomed to working with budget, result, and operational control and have the ability to turn strategic goals into concrete results. You communicate in Swedish and English and build trust through clear and engaging leadership.

It is an advantage if you have experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably from operations with production and high demands on quality, delivery security, and efficiency. You have a good understanding of modern production processes and see the connection between production, quality, capacity, economy, and leadership as the foundation for a successful and profitable operation.
