The operations include elite ice hockey in the SHL, women's hockey, as well as extensive junior and youth activities. Together with members, supporters, partners, and volunteers, we are building a club that unites sporting ambition, social engagement, and long-term development, from hockey school to the elite level.
Following our return to the SHL, Björklöven faces a new and exciting phase of development. Our ambition is to establish the club as a competitively strong SHL team in the long term, while continuing to develop the entire operation and our significance for the region. We are now looking for an entrepreneurial CEO/Club Manager who wants to lead the operations forward and build a sustainable organization for the future.

We are looking for a business-driven leader who wants to take responsibility for the next phase of Björklöven's development and establish the operation as a long-term competitive player in Swedish elite sports. Do you want to lead the next chapter in one of Swedish hockey's strongest stories?
Your new role
As CEO/Club Manager, you have overall responsibility for Björklöven's operations and report to the board. You lead and develop the organization with responsibility for finance, business, brand, and operational development. The assignment covers the entire club and involves creating the best possible conditions for both the elite operations and the women's, junior, and youth activities.
In this role, you are responsible for translating the club's strategy into practice and ensuring long-term sustainable development. You drive commercial development forward, strengthen relationships with partners and the business community, and work to develop Björklöven's position as one of Swedish sports' strongest brands. At the same time, you lead the organization through continued growth and change, build a strong culture, and create conditions for success both on and off the ice.
Your profile
We are looking for you who have documented experience in leading a complex operation with clear result responsibility. You have strong business acumen and experience in building and developing organizations over time. You are a confident and clear leader who combines strategic height with operational execution and has the ability to create trust among employees, the board, partners, members, and other key stakeholders. Experience from entrepreneurial activities, club life, elite sports, membership organizations, or the experience industry is meritorious.
As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and inspiring. You have a humble and non-hierarchical approach, while being clear, straightforward, and action-oriented. You thrive in contexts where many people are engaged and have the ability to unite different perspectives around common goals. You are comfortable with public exposure and represent Björklöven with professionalism, integrity, and pride.
