Your Mission Anticimex Sweden currently consists of eleven regions. As Regional Manager, you have full responsibility for the results, development, and direction of the Northern Norrland region. You translate Anticimex's strategy into concrete action and ensure it gains traction in the region's daily work.
In the role of Regional Manager, you combine clear business responsibility with building strong teams and developing leaders. Your responsibilities include budget and business planning, key performance indicators (KPIs), decision-making, and follow-up.
At the same time, you work close to the operations, meeting customers, developing managers and leaders, and supporting the organization in both daily tasks and development journeys. You create energy, engagement, pride, and a clear direction for your employees.
The Regional Manager drives change initiatives with clear result follow-up linked to profitability, customer experience, and efficiency. You contribute with business acumen, structure, and pace, while challenging established ways of working.
As the new Regional Manager, you will also become an important part of the national group of Regional Managers, where you are expected to actively contribute to the bigger picture with new ideas, analyses, and a clear drive forward.
Qualifications To succeed in this role, we see that you have experience of overall responsibility for business, budget, and results. You are accustomed to driving profitability, have a good understanding of financial control and follow-up, and have documented strong economic results as well as experience in change and development work.
Your background includes experience leading managers and the ability to navigate complex organizations, preferably from various industries. You are used to building trust and strong relationships both internally and externally.
Your business acumen includes the ability to set clear goals for follow-up, make decisions through analysis and data, and prioritize time and resources based on business value. You also actively contribute to establishing and developing customer relationships and collaborations that last over time. You challenge, set the direction, create engagement, and have the courage to make decisions.
We also look for you to:
- Have digital proficiency with CRM and other systems, such as the Office suite, primarily Excel
- Master Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and preferably more languages
- Have strong communication skills and confidence in groups and larger contexts
- Hold a valid driver's license

- The location is Piteå, Sundsvall, Umeå, or Östersund
- The role involves ongoing travel within the region
