Field Sales Representative with Technical Interest

About the Role

Actively drive sales through customer visits, relationship building, and strategic processing of new and existing customers. The role ensures that the company's products and services are presented professionally and that sales targets are achieved in line with the company's overall strategy.

The position is based at our operations in Falkenberg and will involve many travel days to visit existing and potential customers across Sweden.

Responsibilities

  • Work towards individual and team-based sales targets.
  • Responsible for own sales budget and cost frameworks for travel and customer activities.
  • Responsible for own customer portfolio, achievement of sales targets, and accurate reporting.
  • Plan, prioritize, and conduct field customer visits according to the planned sales schedule.
  • Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships.
  • Present products and services and create customer-specific solutions.
  • Negotiate prices, agreements, and terms according to company guidelines.
  • Actively follow up on quotes, orders, and deliveries.
  • Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and marketing activities as needed.

About You

To succeed in this role, you must have the ability to work towards long-term goals and relationships. You are a skilled communicator who is persistent and patient in longer sales processes. You need to thrive with structure and planning as much of the workday takes place out in the field with customers across Sweden.

To exceed our customers' expectations, you need to be a good listener and committed to delivering high quality.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of previous experience in B2B sales as a field sales representative.
  • Good technical understanding.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs.
  • Documented good sales results.
  • Valid driver's license (Category B).
  • Communicative and relationship-building.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Driver's license (Category C).
  • Experience working with CRM systems.
  • Experience from the vehicle or transport industry.
  • Experience selling over a large geographical area.
  • Experience with long sales cycles.
