About the role

Do you want to create memorable experiences for our guests?

As a Host/Hostess at Hard Rock Cafe, you play a key role in the guest experience and the restaurant's daily operations. You are the first and last point of contact for many of our guests, responsible for creating a warm welcome, a smooth flow in the restaurant, and an atmosphere that guests will remember.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests, as well as manage reservations
• Ensure efficient guest flow and high service standards throughout the service
• Coordinate and support the service and bar teams during operations
• Contribute to a positive, energetic, and professional atmosphere in the restaurant
• Ensure that the entrance, dining area, and serving areas are always welcoming and presentable
• Act as a link between guests, service staff, kitchen, and management for the best possible guest experience

We are looking for someone who

• Is highly service-oriented, confident in your role, and has a natural hospitality flair
• Thrives with responsibility and working in a fast-paced environment
• Has strong communication skills and is solution-oriented
• Has previous experience as a head waiter/hostess or in a leading service role within the restaurant industry
