You will become part of an engaged team within production development, where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and an open climate are at the center. In this role, you work closely with several functions, such as production, maintenance, supply chain, quality, and purchasing, and report to the Head of Production Development. Decision-making paths are short, and you have good opportunities to develop, drive change, and contribute to improved logistics flows and automation solutions. Your assignment

As a Production Developer within Logistics, you drive improvements and changes in our material flows and processes, related to both new products and new working methods. A particular focus in the role is the development of our high-bay warehouse, where you are involved in the introduction of automated solutions and new flow setups.

The role includes:

• developing and optimizing warehouse and logistics flows throughout production
• serving as a Business Key User (BKU) for shipping, warehouse, FactoryTrack, and Fleet Manager
• driving and participating in projects related to automation and new technology within logistics
• leading preliminary studies and planning and implementing changes in our working methods
• collaborating with suppliers regarding technical solutions and improvements

The role involves a combination of logistics understanding and technical interest, where you contribute to developing both flows and automation solutions.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is curious, responsible, and wants to develop both themselves and our operations. You have an interest in technology and an understanding of how automation, systems, and logistics flows are interconnected.

You thrive in a role where you can combine analysis with practical improvement work. Perhaps you have previously worked in a production or logistics environment where you helped develop working methods, drove changes, or participated in projects. You are structured in your approach, enjoy solving problems, and find it easy to collaborate and communicate with different functions.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• a university degree in logistics, industrial economics, or equivalent
• experience working in logistics, production, or project management
• good proficiency in using systems, such as Excel
• good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience with Lean work or automated logistics solutions is considered an asset.

Location and travel

The position is located in Kalmar. Occasional travel may occur.
