You will step into a central AI Capability Hub where AI is used to drive business transformation at the group level. Here, you will combine strategic steering with practical transformation leadership and work closely with business, IT, and senior decision-makers. The role spans both PMO, governance, and value realization, while you lead AI initiatives from analysis and prioritization to implementation and adoption. The initial focus lies within Sourcing/Procurement in a complex industrial environment with many stakeholders and high demands for structure, clarity, and business value. This is an opportunity for you who want to influence how AI is translated into concrete business impact on a large scale.

• You drive and coordinate governance forums, decision structures, and stakeholder management for AI initiatives at the group level.
• You ensure high quality in reporting and follow-up to management and steering groups.
• You develop and improve frameworks for value realization and benefits tracking.
• You coordinate work between business, IT, and cross-functional teams to create alignment and progress.
• You develop processes, methodology, and ways of working for AI transformation.
• You lead transformation initiatives end-to-end, from analysis and business case to implementation and adoption.
• You create roadmaps, prioritize AI use cases, and define KPIs, value goals, and follow-up mechanisms.
• You drive change management and create momentum in a complex organization.

• 8–10+ years of experience in management consulting, program management, or transformation leadership.
• Documented experience leading large-scale digital or AI-related transformation programs in complex organizations.
• Strong experience in PMO, governance, reporting, and stakeholder management at a senior level.
• Experience in governance design, reporting, and stakeholder management.
• Experience working with C-level, management teams, and senior decision-makers.
• Good understanding of AI/ML in a business context.
• Experience in business case work, value realization, and benefits tracking.
• Experience in roadmap management, use case development, and transformation steering.
• Very good communication skills in English, both oral and written.

• Experience from industrial, manufacturing, or consumer goods operations.
• Experience in Sourcing, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
• Background from BCG, McKinsey, Accenture, or similar transformation environments.
• Experience in developing or improving Value Realization Frameworks.
• Swedish language skills.
