Service Technician with Team Responsibility – Transport Vehicles Halmstad

Do you want to take the next step in your technician role and combine production with responsibility for your own team?

MotorHalland is growing within the transport vehicle sector, and we are now looking for a key person who wants to help develop our way of working – where technology, customer contact, and teamwork meet in a modern workshop.

About the Role

This is not a traditional service technician role.

You work as a productive technician yourself while simultaneously having overall responsibility for a small team.

You become a central link between the workshop and the customer – responsible for driving work forward, creating structure, and ensuring a strong customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Work productively with service and repairs
• Lead and support the team in daily operations
• Maintain ongoing customer contact throughout the repair process
• Ensure clear feedback regarding completed work
• Actively work on upselling and value-adding measures
• Plan and drive the workflow for transport vehicles in the team

Requirements

• Category B driver's license
• Good computer skills
