Campus Viktor Rydberg is looking for a qualified Study and Career Counselor (SYV). The position is permanent with a 100% workload, starting in August (HT26).

The operations of the Viktor Rydberg Schools Foundation are innovative and characterized by high quality and a passion for learning – for both students and staff. We learn together and thereby achieve more. Viktor Rydberg Schools consists of three upper secondary schools and four primary schools, with the newest primary school opening in Fisksätra in August 2021. As the organization grows, you will have great opportunities for roles across several of our schools.

You are a competent and dedicated study and career counselor with a strong ability to meet every student with professionalism, sensitivity, and engagement. You understand the importance of guidance being inspiring, accessible, and individualized, while being grounded in current knowledge and proven methods. You are unpretentious, curious, and happy to share your experiences and ideas with colleagues.
