The Child and Education Administration works on behalf of the Preschool Board and the Primary School Board. About Snättringeskolan

Snättringeskolan is a grades F-6 school with approximately 500 students. We have a strong tradition of good results and a safe and inclusive school environment. About the assignment

The position involves partly an assignment as a special needs teacher mainly directed towards grades 4-6 and partly working with curative interventions for the students.

In the role of special needs teacher, you work closely with students, teachers, and student health services to identify needs, plan and implement teaching, and contribute to creating accessible learning environments.

In the curative assignment, you work relationally and supportively with students in need of social and emotional support.

You collaborate with the school's student health team and are an active part of the school's development work with a focus on the student's entire school situation.

The position is a fixed-term employment for the school year 2026/2027 with a start date of August 10th.

About you

We are looking for you who are a certified teacher with the qualification to teach Swedish, Mathematics, and English for grades 4-6.

You have a good ability to build relationships and work in a structured and solution-focused manner. You are a secure adult with a good understanding of students' different needs and have a relational approach.

You have good knowledge within the special pedagogical area and experience or interest in curative work. You thrive in collaboration with colleagues and the student health team and actively contribute to an inclusive and developing learning environment. Digital tools are a natural part of your work.

Great importance is attached to personal qualities.

Requirements

• Teacher education and teacher certification in Swedish, Mathematics, and English for grades 4-6
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
• Well-acquainted with the school's governing documents

Meritorious

• Experience in special pedagogical work
• Experience in curative tasks or student health work
• Digital competence and familiarity with learning platforms
