We are immediately seeking skilled and independent chefs and serving staff for our cozy museum restaurant on Lidingö.

Millesgården Lanthandel is a restaurant located adjacent to the beautiful sculpture museum, Millesgården, on Lidingö. A significant amount of food is prepared on-site: the premises operate as a café and restaurant during the day, as well as hosting some banquet events and occasional catering assignments.

The business operates completely independently from the museum. It is owned and run by three experienced chefs. We prepare all food from scratch and are committed to preserving the craft with a menu that changes with the seasons. In our opinion, food tastes best when prepared with authentic ingredients at their peak. We hold the same philosophy regarding our pastries and our coffee.

The role involves preparing food for all parts of the operation: the restaurant, the café, and the banquet hall. You will work in a small team. You need to be self-sufficient, stress-resistant, and service-oriented. We require at least two years of experience in similar work. We are open both on weekdays and weekends. Working hours are mostly during the day, but you should not have any issues working evenings.
