Francks Kylindustri is growing and we are recruiting an experienced Project Manager for Helsingborg who wants to drive complex industrial projects within refrigeration and heating. Here you will have a central and business-close role with responsibility for projects from start to final commissioning – with a focus on quality, technology, economy, sustainability and long-term customer relationships. YOUR ROLE

As a Project Manager, you will become a key person in our contracting team, responsible for driving technically advanced projects within industrial refrigeration and heat pump solutions – from handover from the sales organization to a commissioned and handed-over facility to the service organization.

The projects are often customer-adapted and complex, usually directed towards process industry, food industry, as well as energy and district heating production. The role implies overall responsibility for the execution of the projects with a focus on quality, economy, schedule, risk management and customer satisfaction. You often drive several parallel projects simultaneously.

You work closely with customers and collaborate closely with colleagues within sales, design, installation, purchasing and control and regulation technology. The role offers great freedom under responsibility in a company with high technical competence, strong team spirit and a clear focus on innovation, energy efficiency and sustainable solutions.

Examples of tasks:

• Plan, start and drive projects with responsibility for schedule, economy, quality and risk management.
• Ensure efficient project start through close collaboration with the sales organization.
• Follow up project budgets, forecasts and economic results and handle deviations.
• Lead and coordinate internal resources, subcontractors and external partners.
• Responsible for procurement and coordination of materials, equipment and contractors.
• Ensure requirements within quality, environment, working environment and safety.
• Participate in construction, project and customer meetings and work in Powerproject and SDF.
• Collaborate with design, installation, purchasing, service and control and regulation technology.
• Contribute to technical environmental scanning and development initiatives within refrigeration, heating and energy.

WHO ARE YOU?

We are looking for you who are a senior and confident project manager with experience of technically complex projects, preferably within process industry or energy technology. You are motivated by overall responsibility where technology, business and people meet and have good technical understanding and experience of working closely with customers and specialist functions.

We would like you to have:

• Several years of experience of project management within contracting, industrial installations or other technically advanced project environments.
• Experience of larger projects within e.g. process industry, energy technology, heat pump solutions, boiler plants or industrial refrigeration.
• Good competence in project methodology and experience of being responsible for schedule, economy, quality and risk management.
• Experience of budget work, forecasts and economic follow-up.
• Good technical understanding within refrigeration, heating or related industrial processes.
• Knowledge within e.g. piping installations, control and regulation technology, automation, electricity or thermodynamics.
• Good understanding of customers' businesses and technical challenges.
• Experience of coordinating internal resources and external suppliers.
• Good communication skills and ease in creating trusting relationships.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.

The position is a permanent employment with location in Helsingborg. The role involves primarily projects in southern Sweden, but our customer projects also occur in other parts of Sweden and in other Nordic countries.
