Bräcke Health Centre is a well-functioning clinic with a strong team spirit. Our team includes medical secretaries, doctors, district nurses, assistant nurses, midwives, psychologists, social workers, rehab coordinators, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We will soon have our X-ray services back on-site.

What sets Bräcke Health Centre apart from clinics in larger cities is that we also handle acute situations. Patients who would normally go to the emergency room if they lived in a city come to us. This makes the work highly varied, interesting, and educational, combining traditional clinic work with more acute cases. The staff at Bräcke Health Centre is actively involved in the transition to primary care, and we have good collaboration with the municipality, which we develop together, making the work easy and enjoyable.

Job Responsibilities

Working as a specialist in general medicine with us means that you assess, investigate, treat, and advise patients with various types of complaints and problems. You work with health promotion and collaborate with other professions at the health centre. You will work using evidence-based methods individually, in group activities, and via the internet. We actively work to develop our treatment efforts, promote good living habits, prevent long-term sick leave, and facilitate a quick return to work.

Qualifications

We are looking for you with specialist competence in general medicine with Swedish licensure and good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

You enjoy working in a team with other professions close to the patient and wish to contribute to the development of the operations.

As a person, we see that you are positive, humble, and prefer to work in a solution-oriented manner. Furthermore, we appreciate that you have a structured and flexible work style. You should have good initiative, an open mind, and be open to changes within the area of operations. Requirements include independent work, good customer service, good collaboration skills, and professional responsibility.

Personal suitability will be given great weight.
