Welcome to Östhammar Health Centre!

Are you a licensed physician with an interest in primary care? Then you could be our new colleague. We offer a fixed-term employment, 6 months full-time, starting August 31st.

Your Role

Here, you will work in close collaboration with all professions at the health centre. Your duties will primarily consist of reception work with varied tasks. Opportunities for remote work may be offered if there is an interest, as well as supervision by a general specialist.

Your Competence

We are looking for you who are a licensed physician with Swedish licensure and preferably have experience working in primary care. You have good ability to communicate in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You enjoy working in a team together with other professions close to the patient and would like to contribute to the development of the operations. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Our Operations

Östhammar Health Centre has 6,500 registered patients and is located in coastal Östhammar. We are just over 30 employees. Together, we offer all services within the health centre's mandate except for maternal health care.

The health centre belongs to the Department of Close Care and Health in Uppsala County Council. We want you to thrive and develop with us. We work with the patient in a team at the health centre, and collaborate with colleagues at different care levels.
