Molnet Personal Assistance is a provider of personal assistance for individuals entitled to such support under LSS (The Act on Support and Service for Certain Functional Impairments). Our operations are characterized by flexible solutions with high quality, accessibility, and a strong commitment to both clients and assistants.

We are now looking for an engaged and reliable hourly substitute for night shifts (awake) for a 5-year-old boy living with his family in Kovland.

As a personal assistant, you work in the client's home and local environment, providing support in daily life. You work in close collaboration with the client and their family and are an important part of their life and independence.

You should be a person who is perceptive, positive, empathetic, secure, and calm, with a strong commitment to the profession of personal assistance. Being flexible and available is seen as a great asset.

It is important that you understand the importance of being professional in your role. You should also be responsible, able to work independently, and solve tasks on your own in consultation with the client.
