About the assignment 📌

This is a full-time consulting assignment starting on 2026-08-01 and running until 2027-01-31.

Location: Stockholm. Scope: 100%. Travel within Sweden may occur.

Your responsibilities 🧩

• Drive and execute sourcing projects and procurement activities within IT and software.
• Responsible for sourcing within Software and other IT-related categories.
• Implement and develop category strategies.
• Lead dialogue and collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders globally.
• Responsible for commercial supplier relationships and contract negotiations.
• Manage supplier governance and contract management.
• Identify and create value through cost savings, improved performance, and compliance.
• Contribute to the development of a modern and world-leading procurement organization.

You are a business-driven and communicative buyer with strong commercial understanding and documented experience in strategic IT procurement. You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, drive initiatives forward, and collaborate with both internal and external parties.

You work in a structured and analytical manner while also having a good ability to build relationships and create trust 🤝

Requirements ✅

• Master's degree, relevant higher education, or equivalent work experience.
• Several years of experience in procurement within software and IT.
• Extensive experience in purchasing software and applications.
• Strong business understanding and commercial drive.
• Good knowledge of the software and IT market, suppliers, solutions, and business models.
• Very good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications ⭐

• Experience within Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Experience in leading commercial teams.
• Interest in continuous improvements and digitalization.
