Your role

As an HVAC Mechanic in the Property Department in Aitik, you have a varied and independent role where you work with the operation, supervision, and maintenance of HVAC-related systems and facilities. You are responsible for performing rounds, handling fault reports and work orders, and addressing urgent issues such as water leaks and operational disruptions. The role suits you if you thrive with freedom under responsibility, have a practical approach to work, and can quickly adapt when operational needs change.

Your team

You will work in an engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and flexibility are important parts of daily life. The position involves close cooperation with both colleagues and other departments.

Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday, and part of the work takes place outdoors.

Your responsibilities

In the role, you will work with, among other things:

• Inspection rounds of facilities
• Supervision and simple troubleshooting of, among other things, heating boilers
• Handling of urgent cases such as freezing, water leaks, and blockages in sewage
• Replacement of pumps and other practical maintenance tasks
• Documentation and follow-up in Maximo, where you create work orders and report deviations
• Planning and prioritizing daily work based on operational needs

Your contribution

To succeed in the role, you are self-reliant and flexible. You take responsibility for your work and have the ability to plan and prioritize your day, even when conditions change quickly. You have a good ability to identify and solve problems you encounter in your work.

Requirements:

• Upper secondary education in HVAC and property or equivalent
• Work experience or internship in HVAC, property services, or similar
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good computer skills

It is meritorious if you have experience in mechanical work and simple welding. If you also have certificates for hot work, forklift license, training for scissor and boom lifts, or fall protection, this is also meritorious, but not a requirement. We provide training for what is needed for the position.
