We are looking for a production technician with strong refrigeration expertise for a key role in our operations. The role combines the development and efficiency improvement of production processes with deep technical knowledge within refrigeration and heat pump technology. You will become a crucial link between production, quality, and development, with significant responsibility for operational safety, improvement work, and technical development.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for leading and developing the service and maintenance organization, driving continuous improvements in production, and ensuring systematic, preventive maintenance and correct calibration of equipment.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Evaluate and execute purchases of tools, fixtures, and lifting aids
• Handle and resolve improvement proposals that cannot be addressed directly in the production flow
• Participate in and lead investigations regarding material deviations to provide purchasing with the right decision-making basis
• Contribute to handling customer complaints related to assembly and production
• Work with structures for monitoring material flows, reorder points, and packaging
• Represent production in development projects
• Develop and further develop assembly instructions, control instructions, and work steps
• Lead projects for the evaluation and implementation of new production methods

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Extensive knowledge of refrigeration and heat pump technology
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair
• Certified competence in refrigerant handling according to current legal requirements and environmental standards
• Good electrical knowledge and understanding of control and regulation technology
• Ability to work systematically and methodically in a technical production environment
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid B driver's license

Qualifications

• Work experience as a refrigeration technician
• Experience with soldering
• Knowledge of and practical application of LEAN within production and material flows
